It Looked Like An Execution
The American Dystopia is upon us
37-year-old Alex Pretti tended the sick and suffering as an intensive care nurse at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Minneapolis. He was an American-born citizen exercising his First Amendment rights as a “whistle patrol” alerted residents to the presence of ICE agents yesterday morning.
He was videotaping the scene with his smartphone, attempting to direct traffic, and assisting others, as was his nature and calling.
Pretti was also exercising his Second Amendment right to have a holstered firearm in an open and concealed-carry state. A right so near and dear to the hearts of a right-wing movement that virulently worships the NRA.
Pretti was trying to help a woman pushed to the ground by ICE. The agents shot pepper spray into his face, then tackled him to the ground, and began viciously beating his head with a metal instrument. One agent pulled Pretti’s firearm out of his holster and walked away.
Then another agent shot him. A man already disarmed. Bloody and beaten. Posing no threat. Videos indicate the first shot likely killed him. Yet nine more shots were fired at close range into his body.
IT LOOKED LIKE AN EXECUTION === BECAUSE IT WAS AN EXECUTION
The administration and its legions of amplifiers and trolls immediately screamed that Pretti deserved his fate.
Administration officials claimed he violently resisted, drew his weapon, and threatened the agents.
In the words of White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller, “A would-be assassin tried to murder federal law enforcement, and the official Democrat account sides with the terrorists.”
This is the American Dystopia
We now live in a society characterized by deliberate chaos, premeditated injustice, and increasingly brutal authoritarianism.
One in which all who oppose the tyrant are condemned as terrorists. Where truth is assassinated, crucified in the name of the police state, twisted pitilessly to promote the party line.
Americans rising up
As the police state clamps down, Americans are continuing to rise up in massive protests across the nation.
We must never forget the foundational principles upon which America stands. Principles of unity and freedom, with liberty and justice for all.
The next No Kings national protest will be announced soon. Stand by, America.

It WAS an execution.
If a VA nurse who never drew his (LEGAL) weapon and had his phone in his hand can be legally killed for carrying, then the second amendment is no longer a right.
